Whole Building Rentals
Most people prefer to rent the whole building to have ultimate flexibility with their event. The whole building includes the larger downstairs main event space (9 am-11 pm), the upstairs ballroom (ceremony, VIP area, overflow), the grooms room, and the 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night (for bridal suite and honeymoon suite). Tables and chairs are included and spaces can be configured in many different ways. We also include a day-of event coordinator who makes sure your day runs smoothly (a $1000 value). Rent all weekend and host rehearsal dinner + wedding. 
Rental times include the building from 9 a.m.- 11 p.m. (plus one night in the loft for up to 4 people)

Weekdays- $3300 
Fridays or Sundays- $4000 
Saturdays- $5500 
All Weekend (Friday- Sunday) $8500




Downstairs Only
Great option for reception-only, larger events over 50 people, corporate meetings, or if you are wanting something totally unique. This space includes the main event space with cozy seating areas, a stage, mezzanine overlooking the room, a separate bar and the outdoor patio with an additional seating for 50.  This space also includes a projector and screen if needed as well as our day-of event coordinator to help your day run smoothly. This space is great for hosting events up to 150, but if you want to keep a dance floor, we suggest no more than 130 seated (or plan to have people seated outside). The space is super flexible with 30" square tables that can be arrange in multiple fashions.

Monday- Thursday- $1200 for 8 hrs (including set-up & clean up, add hrs $200/ hr)
Friday & Sundays- $2400 for 8 hrs (including set-up & clean-up, add hrs $200/ hr)
Saturdays- $3900 for 15 hrs (including set-up & clean-up, add hrs $200/hr)
Half day Saturday available (for available dates within 6 months)- contact us for pricing.

Upstairs Ballroom Only
The upstairs ballroom is a perfect spot for ceremonies, smaller showers and parties under 50 people. It is up 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) so keep that in mind when booking. This space is bright and light filled with plastered walls making a beautiful background for any event. Round tables and chairs included. 

Monday- Thursday- $500 for 4 hrs (including set-up & clean up, additional hrs $150/ hr)
Friday, Saturdays, Sundays- $700 for 5 hrs (including set-up & clean-up, additional hrs $150/ hr)

Cleaning fees ($100-$200 depending on space)
