Downstairs

​All event spaces (up to 200 people)- have your rehearsal dinner (or day after brunch)+ ceremony + reception

Use of all spaces for all day 

2 bed/ 2 bath apartment (great for bridal suite)

Day-of event coordinator for 1 day

What's not included

Event Insurance (required) - Approx $125
Cleaning fee - $200 for downstairs, $100 for upstairs 
Security (required for events serving alcohol)
Catering 
Bar tending (TABC certified bar tenders required for serving)
Sound Tech (required if using house sound system)
*all events must end by 11 p.m.
*Airbnb capacity is 4 guests max
