At The Laundry, we believe in transparency, flexibility and simplicity when it comes to pricing. Below, you'll find our  comprehensive pricing list for our event spaces. Downstairs Only

Great option for reception-only, larger events over 50 people, corporate meetings, or if you are wanting something totally unique. This space includes the main event space with cozy seating areas, a stage, mezzanine overlooking the room, a separate bar and the outdoor patio with an additional seating for 50.  This space also includes a projector and screen if needed. This space is great for hosting events or corporate meetings up to 150, but if you want to keep a dance floor, we suggest no more than 130 seated (or plan to have people seated outside). The space is super flexible with 30" square tables that can be arrange in multiple fashions.

Monday- Thursday- $1200 for 8 hrs 
Friday & Sundays- $2300 for 8 hrs 
Saturdays- $3400 for 12 hrs 
*Half days available (for available dates within 4 months)- contact us for pricing.
Time includes set-up & clean up. Additional time can be added on @$200/ hr.

Weekday Corporate meeting options - $200/ hr- 2 hr minimum
 

Upstairs Ballroom Only

The upstairs ballroom is a perfect spot for ceremonies, smaller showers and parties under 50 people. It is up 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) so keep that in mind when booking. This space is bright and light filled with plastered walls making a beautiful background for any event. Round tables and chairs included. 

Monday- Thursday- $500 for 4 hrs
Friday, Saturdays, Sundays- $700 for 5 hrs
(Time including set-up & clean up, additional hrs $150/ hr)


Whole Building Rentals

Most people prefer to rent the whole building to have ultimate flexibility with their event. The whole building includes the larger downstairs main event space (9 am-10 pm), the upstairs ballroom, the grooms room, and the 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. Tables and chairs are included and spaces can be configured in many different ways. 

Weekdays- $3000 
Fridays - $4100
Saturdays- $6000
Sundays- $3800
All Weekend (Friday @3- Sunday @10)-  $10,000 (Best Value!)

What's not included:
Cleaning fees ($100-$200 depending on space)
Event insurance (required if serving alcohol)
Any wedding staffing (or day-of planning services- see wedding pages)
Damage deposit (refundable if no damage occurs)
Security (required if serving alcohol and over 50 people)
Table clothes (available to rent)
Bar tending (required TABC certified and insured if serving alcohol)
