Welcome to The Laundry! We're delighted to have you here and excited to help you plan your upcoming event. Before proceeding, please take a moment to review our terms of service:

Booking and Reservation: By booking an event at The Laundry, you agree to adhere to our booking and reservation policies. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due on or before the event date.

Catering and Bar Services: You are welcome to bring your own caterer and alcohol to your event at The Laundry. However, we require that all alcohol service be provided by a TABC-certified bartender. Additionally, vendors must provide proof of insurance coverage.

Event Setup and Cleanup: You are responsible for the setup and cleanup of your event space at The Laundry. Please ensure that all decorations, equipment, and personal belongings are removed promptly following the conclusion of your event.

Damage and Liability: While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment for your event, The Laundry is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during your rental period. You are responsible for any damages to the premises or equipment incurred during your event.

Noise and Disturbance: We ask that you and your guests respect our neighbors and adhere to noise ordinances during your event. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in the termination of your event without refund.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances while hosting your event at The Laundry. This includes but is not limited to alcohol consumption, fire safety, and occupancy limits.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within a specified timeframe may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to your booking agreement for details.

Changes to Terms: The Laundry reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for any changes.
