Downstairs
Looking for a venue to host your next reception or party? Look no further than The Laundry's main event space! From corporate events to wedding reception, this flexible space is like no other. The room features a stage, all needed AV equipment, a projector, and tables and chairs. We've got everything you need to make your event a success. And if you're looking for a more intimate setting, our mezzanine above provides a great view of the stage while also offering comfy leather sofas for lounging. With space for up to 150 people in the main stage and bar area, we've got you covered.
The Bar
Looking for a quieter and more intimate space while the main event is on? Our bar is just what you need! This space is included in the downstairs rental with the Main Stage. Equipped with coolers and keg taps, you can bring your own alcohol or mobile bar tending service, saving you money. Please note that all bar tenders must be TABC certified.
The Ballroom
The upstairs ballroom is a beautiful space with wood floors and large windows over looking downtown Brenham. It is a great space for more intimate gatherings, wedding ceremonies, or as a VIP space during larger events. Access to the ballroom is by interior stairwell and there is no elevator provided. There is one bathroom with a full shower and can also be used as a brides room. This room provides a beautiful backdrop for photos with its abundance of natural light or rent during the day for classes or smaller gatherings.
The Groom's Suite
The Groom’s Room is a comfortable and private space designed for the groom and his party to relax and get ready before the big moment. Located on the second floor between the ballroom and loft, it features plush seating, an en-suite bathroom, and a laid-back atmosphere perfect for pre-wedding prep or a quiet moment with friends. Ideal for getting dressed, sharing a toast, or simply taking a breath before the celebration begins.
The Patio
The partially covered patio provided additional seating and space for your event to spill out on lovely nights. This space is included in downstairs space rental. Please contact us if you would like to rent just the outdoor space and bar.
The Loft @The Laundry
Our unique 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment can be rented along with your event for the ultimate event experience. The space has one king bed and one full bed and can sleep up to 4 people. The space also features a screened in porch with views over the patio - a great place to unwind after a long day or to hang out while you get ready.
