Entire venue including main event space, outdoor patio, upstairs ballroom, grooms room, brides room/ loft. Includes 1 overnight stay.

Cancellation Policy

Venue rental includes 16 hrs rental of space plus one overnight stay at airbnb (check in 3 p.m. check out 10 a.m.) Rental included day-of coordinator but a wedding coordinator is highly recommended. Refundable damage deposit of $500 plus a cleaning fee of $200 is not included in pricing. Deposit is 25% of total fees with additional payments broken in 3 payments- last payment due 60 days before.
